About the Role

DCConnect is building real, production-grade AI agents that directly power pricing, sales, and commercial operations in the digital infrastructure and telecommunications space.

We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect who has both the know-how (technical depth) and what-how (business logic & execution) to design, build, and scale AI agents—specifically for pricing intelligence, resource matching, and commercial automation.

You will own the architecture and evolution of our Pricing AI Agent (PAM) and future AI agents, integrating them into enterprise workflows (Microsoft Teams, internal systems, APIs) used daily by our teams.

Key Responsibilities

AI Architecture & Agent Design

• Design and evolve AI agents for pricing, resource availability, and solution recommendation

• Architect LLM-based systems using in-house LLMs, GPUs, and private VMs

• Translate complex telecom products (DCI, DIA, Dark Fiber, Cloud Connect, etc.) into machine-understandable logic

Build AI logic that understands:

• Cost structures

• Commercial rules

• Margin constraints

• Supplier and network resource limitations

• Ensure AI outputs are commercially valid, explainable, and auditable

AI Operations & Governance

• Implement guardrails, validation, and confidence scoring for AI-generated pricing

• Improve accuracy, response time, and scalability of AI agents

• Ensure enterprise-grade security, access control, and reliability

Technical Qualifications

• Strong experience with LLMs, AI agents, or applied AI systems

• Hands-on experience with:

• Python

• APIs & microservices

• Prompt engineering & agent orchestration

• Experience deploying AI on private infrastructure (VMs, GPUs, on-prem or private cloud)

• Experience designing end-to-end AI solutions, not just models

• Comfortable working with structured + unstructured data

• Understanding of system integration in enterprise environments

• Ability to translate business rules, pricing logic, and constraints into AI logic

• Experience with pricing systems, CPQ, ERP, OSS/BSS, or enterprise workflows is a strong advantage
