Role Overview

As the Lead AI Application Developer, you will be the technical founder of our core product, SnipReel. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and delivering our flagship social application from the ground up, which deeply integrates our proprietary AGI‑powered "Resonance Engine." This is a highly composite R&D role that demands full‑stack engineering prowess, practical understanding of cutting‑edge AI technologies, and deep insight into Gen Z social products.

Your work will directly determine our success in transforming vision of "resonance social networking" into a scalable global product.

Principal R&D Duties & Responsibilities Lead full‑stack architecture & development of an AI‑native application: Design and implement a high‑performance, scalable cross‑platform (iOS, Android, Web) application, ensuring seamless, low‑latency integration with the backend AGI matching engine.

Build the front‑end framework for the "Resonance Engine": Develop a unique, state‑and‑moment‑centric AI‑Native UI/UX framework that translates complex AI matching outcomes into intuitive, high‑resonance user interactions.

Drive key technology integration & R&D: Take charge of productizing advanced AI capabilities like Large Language Models and Intelligent Agents, building the complete technical loop from understanding user "moments" to providing precise connection recommendations. Establish the technical foundation for global expansion: Design and implement the system architecture, development workflows, and team collaboration paradigms that will support the product's rapid iteration and massive scaling in target markets, specifically university campuses across Mainland China and North America.

Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in building and launching complex, consumer‑facing cross‑platform applications from zero to one.

Senior‑level full‑stack development skills with mastery of modern front‑end frameworks and backend API development.

Hands‑on experience in AI productization , with a strong understanding of integrating LLMs or agentic systems into real‑world applications.

Excellent problem‑solving skills, architectural thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, early‑stage startup environment.
