Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly technical Lead AI Prompt Engineer to join our team in Sargodha.

This role is designed for a visionary professional who can bridge the gap between complex AI development and educationalleadership.

You will be responsible for leading high-level projects using global standards (Google Cloud Vertex AI) while training the next generation of Pakistani students to build world-class AI solutions.

1. Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution (60%):

• Prompt Architecture: Design and optimize complex prompts using Vertex AI to ensure accurate, context-aware outputs.

• Multi-Turn Dialogue: Develop advanced conversational AI systems with robust context retention and memory management.

• Hallucination Control: Implement systematic testing to mitigate bias and prevent model hallucinations.

• Cloud Integration: Connect AI workflows with Google Cloud Storage and Apigee/REST APIs for end-to-end production pipelines.

• Cost Efficiency: Optimize prompt query complexity to reduce token consumption and resource costs.

Student Training & Curriculum Development (40%):

• Skill Transfer: Educate students on advanced techniques like Chain-of-Thought (CoT), Few-Shot Prompting, and Tree-of-Thoughts.

• Practical Workshops: Lead students through building end-to-end pipelines that connect LLMs to databases.

• Multilingual Training: Guide students in customizing AI for local (Urdu/Punjabi) and international (English/Arabic) cultural contexts.

2. Core Technical Skills (Must-Haves)

• Vertex AI Mastery: Proven experience in model tuning, prompt management, and deployment on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• API & Integration: Proficiency in Apigee or Postman for integrating LLMs into web and mobile applications.

• Prompt Management: Experience using version-control tools like LangSmith, PromptLayer, or Weights & Biases.

• Ethical AI: Strong understanding of "Prompt Injection" prevention and AI security protocols.

• Visual Workflows: Ability to work with ComfyUI or Stable Diffusion for image-based AI projects.
