Lead AI Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Engineer to join our team at Digintel. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of AI/ML software and ensuring its successful deployment into production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI/ML models using various frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

•Collaborate with data engineers to implement robust data pipelines for training and serving AI models.

• Develop and maintain high-quality code, following industry best practices and company standards.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful model deployment and maintenance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.

• Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models in production.

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.

• Expertise in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.

• Experience with transformers and LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Bloom, T5).

• Proficiency in database systems (SQL, NoSQL)

• Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
