About Us

We operate a fast-growing international automotive repair group with companies in the UAE, Japan, USA, Canada, Mexico and Europe.

We build advanced digital workflows including AI vehicle scanners, invoicing automation, multi-country CRM systems, and internal communication tools.

We are now looking for a high-level Automation Specialist who can build and maintain our global automation infrastructure.

Role Overview

You will design and implement intelligent automations across all departments (operations, finance, HR, marketing, management).

Your work will connect tools like n8n, WhatsApp, Xero, Excel Online, SharePoint, HubSpot, and AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, or custom LLMs).

This role is for someone who loves solving problems, building powerful workflows, and working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Integration

• Build automations using n8n (must-have)

• Develop WhatsApp/WhatsApp Business API flows (BSP providers, webhooks, message parsing)

• Connect systems like:

• Xero

• Excel Online / SharePoint / OneDrive

• Google Workspace

• HubSpot CRM

• Telegram

• internal ops tools

• Create two-way automations between internal teams and accounting, operations, finance, and customer service

Agentic AI Workflows

• Build “agent-style” workflows that use LLMs to make decisions inside workflows

• Use models like GPT-4/5, Claude, or local models

• Automate:

• invoice creation

• data extraction (OCR)

• PDR damage descriptions

• email response drafting (JP/EN)

• translation & formatting

• reporting & dashboards

Data Engineering

• Work with structured and unstructured data

• Build pipelines (Excel n8n Xero PDF SharePoint)

• Convert WhatsApp messages into structured JSON for finance and admin

• Create monitoring dashboards for bank balances, payments, KPIs

System Design

• Create well-documented workflows

• Build scalable automations for UAE, Japan, USA, and Canada

• Ensure security, rate-limit handling, and data integrity

• Propose improvements to simplify operations

• Remote or based in Dubai

Required Skills

• Expert experience with n8n (mandatory)

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth2

• Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python (for custom nodes)

• Experience with WhatsApp Business API (Twilio, 360Dialog, Gupshup etc.)

• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt engineering

• Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar platforms is a plus

• Experience automating accounting systems (Xero, QuickBooks, MoneyForward) is a plus

• Ability to build integrations with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Excel Online)

• Understanding of OCR tools (Google Vision, Tesseract, Azure AI)

• Ability to document workflows clearly

Preferred Experience

• Built real business automations before

• Worked for startups or fast-moving companies

• Experience in multi-language environments

• Experience setting up dashboards for executives (bank balances, AR/AP, KPIs)

• Experience with financial workflows (invoicing, reconciliation, reporting)
