The OpportunityThe Strategic Finance Lead will report to the Head of Finance and be the first strategic finance hire under the executive team.

This person will play a pivotal role at the intersection of finance, go-to-market, and strategy, shaping how the company scales toward $100M+ ARR and beyond.

Based in the Bay Area, this hybrid role works closely with senior leadership across Finance, Sales, Marketing and Product.

Key responsibilities include:Building and maintaining sales capacity, productivity, and marketing pipeline models to guide GTM strategyDelivering accurate financial analysis and scenario planning that inform strategic decisionsDriving insights around sales performance, marketing ROI, and growth forecastingLeading the finance contribution to board materials and investor reportingPartnering cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and Finance leaders to enable data-driven decisionsThis is a true builder role - an opportunity to join as the founding member of the Strategic Finance function, where you will help define the company's financial strategy and ultimately build a team around you as both you and the company grow.
