Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, GTM Automation, or a related technical role
• Deep experience with GTM platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, Qualified, Apollo, and Gainsight
• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Tray.io, Workato, or n8n
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms including OpenAI/GPT/Gemini, Gong, Qualified, Clay, Intercom, Drift, or LangChain
• Ability to write and iterate on prompts, build light prototypes, and integrate APIs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
• Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to measure success and iterate quickly
• Experience with Python or SQL
• Experience working directly with ML models or vector databases
