Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the San Francisco Bay Area for an AI Support Engineer.
The AI Support Engineer will handle day-to-day responsibilities including diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing technical support for AI-related products, assisting customers by addressing their queries, and ensuring smooth operation of software and systems.
The role will require direct engagement with clients to ensure satisfaction and efficacy of provided solutions.
