Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
• ~5+ years of experience, with a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven industry experience with strong background in LLMs, RAG, and advanced machine learning techniques

Responsibilities

• This foundational role within our organization requires a full-time employee to lead our Backend Engineering team
• You will have the opportunity to work on the Master action plan and design the roadmap for Eternos' backend architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Data Science, and Customer Success, to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Ensure the Eternos Backend infrastructure is world-class and at the cutting edge by Q2 2025
• Optimize Code: drive costs down and performance up
• Ensure software stability by conducting quality assurance and user testing to identify and address any bugs
• Document Code and process to improve collaboration and knowledge sharing within the company

Role Overview
