AI Engineer (LLMs, Agents & Automation)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with strong experience in LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation.

This role focuses on building AI-driven systems, agents, and business automations, not training ML models from scratch.

You’ll design intelligent agents, orchestrate workflows using n8n, flowise, langchain, or langGraph, and integrate AI into real-world business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and tool usage

• Develop and maintain n8n workflows for AI-driven automation

• Build LLM-powered applications such as chatbots, assistants, and process automation tools

• Implement prompt engineering, agent memory, and multi-step reasoning flows

• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

• Integrate AI systems with:

• Internal tools (CRM, ERP, databases)

• Third-party APIs and services

• Develop and consume REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask

• Monitor, debug, and optimize AI agents and automation workflows

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of AI systems

• Document workflows, agent logic, and integrations

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of professional experience as an AI Engineer, GenAI Engineer, or Automation Engineer

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Good understanding of data handling and ML fundamentals

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)

• Strong prompt engineering skills

• Experience with AI agent frameworks, such as:

• LangChain, LangGraph, LangBase

• LlamaIndex

• Proven experience with n8n workflow automation, including:

• Webhooks

• Event-driven workflows

• Cron-based workflows

• Experience integrating APIs, databases (SQL / NoSQL), and AI services

• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)

• Self-hosted n8n deployments

• Familiarity with Docker and basic cloud deployments

• Experience with Zapier or Make.com
