We are looking for a technically strong Assistant Manager with a software engineering background to lead AI‑driven automation initiatives.

This role will be based in Karachi and Lahore and will combine opportunity identification, business case development, andhands‑on software design and implementation to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Identify business processes ripe for AI automation and assess technical feasibility.

• Build business cases outlining value realization, ROI, and performance metrics.

• Design and develop AI‑powered software solutions (custom tools, APIs, integrations).

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation: architecture, development, testing, and deployment.

• Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and IT standards.

• Keep up with emerging technologies in AI, ML, and intelligent automation.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/automation projects.

• Strong coding skills in Python and/or other relevant programming languages.

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), APIs, and data pipelines.

• Proven ability to deliver production‑grade software solutions end‑to‑end.

• Solid understanding of systems architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), and DevOps practices.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas to stakeholders.
