Job Title: Multi-Skill AI, Marketing, Creative, Sales & Operations Specialist (Residence Visa Holders and Relevant Experienced People are allowed to apply ONLY)

Location: Karama & Deira, Dubai

Salary: AED 2,000 – 4,000 + Commission + Bonuses

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

About the Role

We are hiring high-performance, multi-skilled professionals who can handle a wide range of tasks across AI automation, digital marketing, design, sales, and operations.

This is not a beginner role—only experienced, practical doers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

A) AI, Automation & CRM

• Build AI automation workflows (Zapier / Make / Python)

• Manage CRMs (HubSpot / Zoho)

• Integrate AI tools into marketing & daily operations

• Train internal teams on automation systems

B) Creative Content

• Write captions, scripts, and campaign concepts

• Develop content calendars

• Support brand messaging & creative strategy

C) Graphic & Video Production

• Design social media creatives, ads & thumbnails

• Edit videos, reels & motion graphics (Premiere Pro / CapCut)

• Deliver fast-turnaround creative output

D) Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage FB/IG/TikTok/YouTube pages

• Post scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement

• Run basic/advanced ad campaigns & analytics reporting

E) Sales & Lead Conversion

• Close inbound & outbound leads

• Convert clients through WhatsApp, calls & meetings

• Achieve weekly/monthly closing targets

• Present service packages professionally

F) Operations, Visa & E-Commerce

• Handle UAE visa processing & documentation

• Coordinate tourism services

• Manage printing vendors & marketplace operations

• Ensure smooth delivery of client services

Mandatory Requirements

• UAE Residency Visa (must already be in UAE)

• Minimum 1–3 years practical experience

• Experience in minimum 2–3 functional areas listed above

• Strong English & Hindi communication skills

• Ability to work under targets & deadlines

• Fast learner, multi-tasker & problem solver

• Ready to work in a high-performance environment

Work Schedule

• 9 Hours per day (1-hour break)

• Weekends as per UAE labor law

• Work Location: Karama Office & Deira Office

Salary & Benefits

• AED 2,000 – 4,000 fixed salary (based on experience)
