Be at the heart of exciting digital transformation projects in a leading global investment bank, as part of a new AI Team.

This role will report to Head of Delivery.

Main responsibilities are:

• Stakeholder-Centric Requirement Gathering: Partner with business leads to understand, analyse, and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories.

• Agile Leadership & Delivery: Drive Agile best practices within the team, ensuring continuous delivery of high-value features.

• Project Ownership: Independently manage projects from inception through execution, including scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication.

• Backlog Management: Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring the development team is always prepared with refined user stories.

• Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for key deliverables to ensure quality and readiness before deployment.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, fostering a collaborative environment for innovative solutions.

• Portfolio of Strategic Projects: Contribute to multiple initiatives including AI projects, and digital transformation efforts.

About You

What we look for

Mandatory:

• Proven track record (2 years) in Business Analysis and Project Management within financial services or related sectors.

• Demonstrated expertise in translating complex business requirements into prioritised, actionable user stories.

• Strong Agile experience, with a solid understanding of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse teams.

• Technical proficiency, preferably with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, IT, or related fields.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, especially in complex or ambiguous scenarios

• Eligibility to work in Hong Kong

Preferred:

• Familiarity with financial products.

• Experience collaborating with offshore teams, demonstrating effective remote stakeholder engagement.

• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in fast-moving environments.
