We're an early-stage construction tech startup building AI-powered construction project management and safety systems for construction sites.

Our mission: reshape the construction industry through automation, transparency and data.

We are now building our core technical team.

You'll be driving the development of our AI platform and shaping our technical direction from the ground up.

The Role

As our Full-Stack Engineer, you'll:

• Drive the development of our AI platform

• Work directly with calibrated system AI prompts and vision model integrations and develop our proprietary fine-tune layer

• Work closely with our development partner vendor to co-develop and own our platform codebase

• Handle the technical handoff and knowledge transfer from vendor

• Maintain and extend our 2B and 2C frontend web applications and internal tools

• Design, develop, and optimise backend services

• Integrate with third-party APIs, databases, authentication systems, and cloud services

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability

Who We're Looking For

• Passionate to create value and impact

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2-4 years full-stack development experience

• Experience with AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) development, but doesn't need to be an expert

• Experience with data processing pipelines or ETL workflows

• Experience building and maintaining production API integrations

• Experience working with third party development vendor

• Excellent communication in Cantonese and English (Mandarin a plus)

• AI/ML: Google Gemini API, OpenAI GPT-4V, prompt engineering

• Tools: Git, Vercel/Netlify, Figma
