About the Role
The Founder Programs Intern will work closely with Caroline Deliakis, Head of Founder Programming & Operations, to execute best-in-class programming and events for our foundation’s non-profit.
This role is ideal for someone who loves community-building, events, and operational execution in fast-moving environments.
What You’ll Do
• Support planning and execution of founder programs, workshops, and events
• Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events (run of show, speakers, materials)
• Assist with founder communications and event follow-ups
• Help manage registrations, calendars, and attendee experience
• Support feedback collection and program iteration
• Assist with special projects tied to founder success and engagement
What We’re Looking For
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Interest in startups, founders, and community-driven ecosystems
• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and priorities
• Experience with event tools (Luma, Zoom, Google Workspace, Notion) is a plus
