Project Manager – Data and Ai

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic Data and AI initiatives within a large, complex enterprise environment. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at driving large-scale programs, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering results in fast-paced, regulated environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, execution, governance, and closure

Manage and engage multiple stakeholders across business, IT, and external vendors

Drive Agile project governance including sprint planning, backlog management, and tracking via JIRA

Lead Project Review Working Groups, ensuring timely reporting, risk mitigation, and decision-making

Oversee vendor coordination and ensure delivery aligns with scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of experience managing large-scale Data & AI / Analytics projects

Strong preference for banking or financial services background

Solid technical understanding of data platforms, analytics frameworks, and AI-driven solutions

Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and deliver under tight deadlines

Hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and collaboration tools

Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional alignment skills

GCC or Qatar banking experience is highly desirable
