Responsibilities

  • This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with the CEO, COO, sales team, and dietitians to help drive outreach, improve processes, and ensure our customers launch successfully
  • If you or someone close to you has food allergies or dietary needs, that’s a huge plus—you get the mission
  • Spearhead Outbound Strategy: Analyze and optimize multi-channel outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, Google Ads) to drive sales and growth
  • Develop Targeted Campaigns: Create differentiated outbound strategies specifically for key segments like restaurant groups, food service groups (stadiums, schools), and hotels
  • Drive AI Innovation: Utilize advanced AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)
  • as a force multiplier for copy optimization, personalization, segmentation, and simple design/visual creation
  • Oversee Customer Success: Serve as the core coordinator between Dietitians, Sales, and Operations to ensure successful, on-time customer onboarding
  • Manage Project Flow: Maintain strict onboarding timelines and track progress using professional project management tools (Notion, HubSpot, or Monday)
  • Interpret Key Metrics: Pull and interpret usage and engagement metrics from Amplitude and Google Analytics, assisting with weekly executive reporting
  • Build Insightful Dashboards: Design and maintain lightweight insights dashboards to track engagement, retention, and menu interactions

Full Description

Foodini is a VC-backed food tech startup on a mission to make dining safer and easier for people with food allergies and dietary needs. After launching in Australia in 2022 (200k+ users!), we have just launched in the US—starting with Los Angeles.

Our tech matches people to what they can eat across 150+ allergens and diets.

We have an App to help people find suitable venues and menus; we’re liveon restaurant menus like Sweetfin (allergy and dietary menu), and working on multiple large partnerships.

We believe dietary needs should never be an afterthought.

🎯 What’s the role?

We are looking for a fast-moving, AI-native, startup-experienced generalist to support our growth, operations, and customer onboarding.
