FrameLab is hiring an AI Video Ads Editor who knows how to create high-performing, realistic, UGC-style video ads using modern AI tools.
This role is for someone who understands advertising, not just editing.
If you only know how to cut clips, this role is not for you.
• You will be responsible for producing short-form video ads optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, andYouTube.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in video editing and ad creation
Strong experience creating UGC-style and AI-generated ads
Hands-on knowledge of AI tools such as VEO, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs
Experience with lip-sync, voice cloning, and generative AI video tools
Clear understanding of short-form ad trends on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Strong storytelling skills and creative judgment
Key Responsibilities
Create AI-powered video ads that look realistic and native to social platforms
Edit performance-driven ad creatives for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Use generative AI tools for video creation, voice, and lip-sync workflows
Apply storytelling techniques that hold attention and drive conversions
Stay updated with ad trends, formats, hooks, and creative styles
Ensure high-quality output with strong attention to detail
