We seek experienced professionals ready to transition into the dynamic field of Enterprise AI. This role provides comprehensive training alongside practical, hands-on experience, preparing you to lead impactful AI initiatives within fundae’s internal teams or our high-profile client engagements.

Professional Development Journey:

Phase 1 - AI Immersion Training (Month 1):

• Engage in expert-led, virtual instruction on key enterprise AI concepts including:

• Language Models (Large & Small)

• General AI vs. Enterprise-specific AI

• Reasoning & Advanced Prompt Engineering

• Enterprise AI Solutions (NLP, NER, RAG, NLP-to-SQL)

• AI Digital Twin Agents

• AI Agent Orchestration Frameworks (LanGraph and LangChain)

Phase 2 - Applied On-the-Job Experience (Months 2–4):

Participate actively in live enterprise projects, directly applying acquired AI expertise under the guidance of seasoned industry professionals.

Phase 3 - Placement and Career Growth:

After successful completion of training and applied experience, your skills will be evaluated for strategic placement either within fundae’s innovative Product Development teams or external consulting projects at prestigious enterprise clients, primarily in Pharma, Biotech, Revenue Operations, Data Management, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
