We are in search of a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphic and AI Video Designer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should possess a robust foundation in motion graphic techniques, graphic design, concept building, and the creation of top-notch explanatory videos, along with hands-on experience in AI-powered video generation using prompts and commands.

This role will contribute significantly to our organization’s visual identity and success.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop innovative motion graphic explainer videos (motion graphic style – no animation or storyboarding is required)

· Generate and enhance videos using AI-based video creation tools, leveraging text prompts, commands, and workflows to produce high-quality visual content

· Must have expertise in video editing, visual effects, and post-production skills, including integrating AI-generated assets into motion graphic videos

· Utilize provided resources such as scripts, voiceovers, and media content (like AE templates, video clips, music, images, animations, and AI-generated visuals)

· Conceptualize scripts and translate them into visually engaging videos that effectively explain concepts, using both traditional motion design and AI-assisted techniques

· Handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high quality standards

· Incorporate feedback from team members during the video creation and AI iteration process

· Implement necessary revisions to meet project requirements

· Conduct comprehensive reviews of video content to ensure alignment with project specifications and uphold high-quality standards

Software & AI Tool Expertise

· Adobe After Effects

· Adobe Photoshop

· Adobe Premiere Pro

· Adobe Illustrator

· Experience with AI video generation tools (text-to-video, image-to-video, AI animation, or similar platforms)

· Ability to write effective prompts and commands to generate, refine, and optimize AI-based video content

Qualifications

· Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or Motion Graphic and AI Video Designer

· Professional qualification in Motion Graphics, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred

· Proficiency in the English language is mandatory

· Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of explanatory video styles, including AI-assisted or AI-generated video work

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

· Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and time-management skills

Pay: Rs120,000.00 per month
