We are looking for Head of Fundraising to lead our fundraising efforts and accelerate our entry into global investment networks.

Responsibilities

Lead the complete fundraising strategyfor GenStrat.ai

Build and refine pitch decks, financial narratives, and investor materials

Drive outreach to angels, syndicates, micro-VCs, and AI-focused funds

Represent GenStrat.ai in investor calls and meetings

Guide valuation, deal structure, and negotiation

Work closely with the founder to shape fundraising roadmap

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in startup fundraising, investor relations, or venture capital

Proven track record of raising capital for early-stage startups (seed / pre-seed / Series A)

Strong network among US angels, syndicates, micro-VCs, and AI-focused funds

Deep understanding of fundraising processes: outreach, pitching, data rooms, negotiation, and closures

Excellent communication and storytelling skills for investor presentations

Ability to craft pitch decks, financial narratives, and investment materials

Experience working with founders and advising on funding strategy

Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment

High ownership mindset and ability to work independently
