We’re expanding our client base globally and are looking for a skilled Upwork Bidder whoknows how to win projects—not just send proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork

• Write custom, high-converting proposals tailored to each client

• Communicate professionally with international clients

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team

• Maintain and grow the Upwork profile, response rate, and job success

• Handle lead qualification and initial client discussions

• Track bids, responses, and conversions

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / BDE

• Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms and bidding strategies

• Excellent English communication & proposal writing skills

• Experience bidding for AI, Web, App, or Software projects

• Ability to generate consistent leads and close deals

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and deadline-driven

• Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools is a plus
