Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship role for a Business Development Intern located in Lahore.

The intern will support the business development team in identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and assisting with client outreach and relationship building.

You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to understand service offerings and client needs.

Training will be provided to help you develop skills in lead generation, communication, and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities

• Conduct market research and lead generation activities

• Support client outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements

• Maintain records of leads and client interactions using CRM tools or spreadsheets

• Support follow-ups and assist in closing opportunities

Intern Qualifications (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree (running or completed) in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Interest in sales, business development, or client management

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with teams

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or spreadsheets is a plus
