We are looking for a AI Solutions Engineer to lead the technical creation of bespoke AI solutions.

This is a "Full-Stack AI" role: you are responsible for making the AI "know" (Context Engineering) and making the AI "do" (Agentic Execution).

You will bridge the gap between abstract business problems and high-impact, data-grounded AI agents.

You will do the following in this job:

• End-to-End AI Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of tailor-made AI products, from the underlying data retrieval strategy to the final application deployment.

• Context Engineering & Grounding: Architect advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. You will ensure AI accuracy by managing vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and optimizing "chunking" and embedding strategies to ground AI in client-specific truth.

• Agentic Workflow Development: Build "Action-Oriented" AI using frameworks like LangGraph, Dify, or CrewAI. You will engineer agents that don't just chat, but execute multi-step tasks like data analysis, report generation, and system integrations.

• Technical Bridging & Storytelling: Act as the technical lead in client meetings. You must be able to translate complex AI logic into clear, professional English for stakeholders, showcasing how our transformation journey creates real impact.

• Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation: Embrace a "no right or wrong" mindset. Use tools such as n8n and Google AI Studio to quickly test and iterate on new automations, proving feasibility before full-scale build.

• Quality & Safety Assurance: Establish benchmarks for AI "Faithfulness" and accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring the AI is secure, follows data residency regulations, and remains "on-task" without hallucinations.

• Ecosystem Growth & Mentorship: Actively drive internal knowledge exchange and technical sharing sessions, ensuring the wider engineering team stays ahead of AI trends.

You will also partner with business analysts and UI/UX designers to create seamless human-AI interaction points.

We are hiring talent like you:

• Technical Foundation: Have 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering (Full-Stack or Backend).

• AI Implementation Mastery: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AI/LLM implementation.

• Are an AI-Native Thinker: You are curious about how AI is reshaping work and are an active user of AI tools in your daily coding workflow.

• Possess Strong English Ability: You are "client-ready"—presentable, articulate, and able to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical managers.

• Master the "Know" and the "Do": You have hands-on experience with context engineering and API Orchestration/Agentic Frameworks.

• Focus on Workflows: You have a natural inclination to look at the "big picture" of how a process flows, rather than isolated task completion.
