Responsibilities

  • This is a P&L-owning leadership role for a technology-driven leader who can scale delivery, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase stability and predictability by embedding AI and automation into delivery operations—while enabling humans and machines to work together at scale
  • Own end-to-end delivery and P&L for a $100M+ strategic account
  • Drive AI adoption across SDLC and Application Support to improve:
  • Productivity
  • Quality
  • Cost efficiency
  • Delivery predictability
  • Build and scale a human + machine delivery model
  • Ensure stable, predictable, high-quality delivery across multi-geo teams
  • Lead growth and presales, expanding the account through transformation-led opportunities
  • Deliver programs across staff augmentation, fixed-price, capacity, output, and outcome-based models
  • Build trusted CxO-level customer relationships and ensure high CSAT
  • Lead and mentor high-performing, AI-enabled engineering and support teams

Role/Responsibilities

We are seeking a senior Delivery Director to lead a $100M+ strategic customer account, responsible for end-to-end delivery excellence, financial performance, and AI-led transformation across Software Development (SDLC) and Application Support (AMS).

This is a P&L-owning leadership role for a technology-driven leader who can scale delivery, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase stability and predictability by embedding AI and automation into delivery operations—while enabling humans and machines to work together at scale.

• MBA or equivalent preferred

• 20+ years in technology services, consulting, or large-scale IT delivery

• Proven experience managing $100M+ (preferably $150M+) portfolios with P&L ownership

• Background as an Engineering / Technology Leader with strong Agile delivery experience

• Experience driving AI, automation, and transformation at enterprise scale

• Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Experience working in large global IT services organizations

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $146,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $300,300 per year
