E‑commerce & AI Marketing Assistant (Part Time)

Key Responsibilities
- E‑shop operations
• Update product images, descriptions, pricing, stock, and key information on the eShop.
• Create and maintain discounts and promotions using tools.
• Assist with customer carts/orders and coordinate with customer service for issue resolution.
• Backup old eShop materials and support domain changes and promotion rule testing before new launches.
- HKTVmall management
• Upload and maintain product materials on HKTVmall (descriptions, promo settings, links).
• Support setup and testing of promotion rules and advertising bookings on the platform.
- CRM & customer data management
• Update member sources and tags using Omichat and other data sources.
• Follow up on data import/export, old eShop migration, and syncing tasks.
• Process event and campaign data into the CRM and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in daily coupon management, record editing, and simple customer service actions.
- Marketing automation & communications
• Manage EDM templates, set up send groups, and assist with campaign execution.
• Send MMS/SMS notifications for campaigns and service updates.
• Support club and campaign communications across channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp greetings).
- AI and workflow automation
• Explore and deploy AI tools for social media and content creation (draft posts, captions, simple visuals).
• Use or help build scripts (e.g. Python) to automate daily Excel processes and data mapping.
• Test and suggest AI tools or automation ideas that can improve workflows for marketing, e‑commerce, and CRM teams.
• Document AI/automation experiments and share results with the team.
Job Requirements:
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or associate degree in Computer Science, Generative AI, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Practical experience or academic projects related to AI applications, data analytics, or automation tools is an advantage.
• Interest or coursework in AI-driven marketing tools, machine learning, or system integration will be highly valued.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
