We are hiring an experienced Presales Consultant – AI Infrastructure for a leading technology organization based in Dubai, UAE.

This role is suited for senior professionals with strong expertise in AI infrastructure, GPU platforms, and enterprise AI solutions, supporting sales teams through technical solutioning and customer engagement.

Job Title: Presales Consultant – AI Infrastructure

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Salary: AED 25,000 per month

Job Purpose

The Presales Consultant – AI Infrastructure will be responsible for technical solutioning of AI infrastructure, including on-prem GPU solutions, GPU on lease, AI networking, orchestration layers, and enterprise AI platforms.

The role requires close collaboration with Data Science, Architecture, and DevSecOps teams to ensure performance, governance, observability, and compliance across AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Provide presales and product support in coordination with sales teams

Participate in RFI and RFP processes and design technical solutions

Execute Proof of Concept (POC) activities

Conduct AI discovery and solution workshops with customers

Design AI reference architectures (LLM, ML, RAG, predictive analytics)

Explain data models, MLOps workflows, and AI lifecycle management

Stay updated with AI trends, GPU acceleration, and vector databases

Support internal product training and OEM collaboration

Perform competitive and market analysis

Drive business development initiatives with vendor partners

Qualifications & Certifications

Qualification: Engineering Degree or equivalent

Certifications (Preferred): HPE MASE, AI-related certifications

Reporting To: Director – Infrastructure

Strong understanding of AI technologies and enterprise AI use cases

Experience with AI/ML platforms, data models, and enterprise deployments

Hands‑on knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, and Databricks

Experience with model serving frameworks

Strong analytical, presentation, and consultative selling skills
