About Client:

We are hiring a top-tier Automation Architect who has deep hands-on experience building operational systems for high-velocity marketing agencies. The ideal candidate can independently architect end-to-end automation ecosystems. integrate complex APIs. deploy AI agents that evolve over time. and eliminate manual work across sales. marketing. client onboarding. reporting. and service delivery.

This role demands a proactive problem solver who owns outcomes. communicates fluently in English. and operates with senior-level judgment without requiring micro-management.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agents & Automations

Build, train. and maintain AI agents for repetitive workflows. QA. reporting. lead management. Customer support drafting. campaign analysis. and SOP execution

Design self-improving systems that learn from feedback and reduce human intervention over time

Implement guardrails for data quality. error handling. and operational reliability

Systems Architecture & API Engineering

Architect cross-platform automations across CRM.

ClickUp.

HubSpot.

Google Workspace.

Ads platforms. analytics tools. lead distribution systems. and internal dashboards

Build custom integrations using REST APIs.

OAuth.

JSON. Webhooks

Develop fault-tolerant and scalable automation pipelines

ClickUp Systems & Operational Infrastructure

Build agency-grade ClickUp spaces. templates. custom fields. hierarchies. dependencies. dashboards. automation logic. and reporting

Create reusable operational frameworks for client onboarding. weekly reporting. task routing. QA loops. and team workflows

Integrate ClickUp with CRM. email systems. AI agents. and internal data infrastructure

Process Optimization & Consulting

Audit current operations. diagnose bottlenecks. and propose automation-first solutions

Identify high-ROI automation opportunities across delivery. creative production. paid media workflows. retention systems. and internal communication

Work directly with the CEO and department leads to design systems that reduce costs. increase speed. and improve client experience

Quality Assurance & Maintenance

Continuously test. optimize. and maintain automation systems

Build robust logging and monitoring for visibility and troubleshooting

Document processes with clarity and precision for technical and non-technical audiences

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

Minimum 5+ years in automation. integrations. and systems engineering

Experience building real AI agents using frameworks like LangChain.

CrewAI.

Autogen. or custom LLM orchestration

Strong programming ability (Python required)

Mastery of API integrations (REST.

JSON.

OAuth. Webhooks)

Strong experience with ClickUp (deep configuration capability. not just task management)

Hands-on experience with Zapier. Make. n8n. Pipedream. or equivalent automation tools

Agency & Market Experience

Proven experience working inside a US-based performance marketing agency or similar environment

Understanding of agency workflows including lead gen. paid ads. reporting. creative management. and client communication

Ability to design automations for both internal operations and client deliverables

Communication & Leadership

Exceptional English communication. both written and spoken (10/10 clarity)

Able to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders

Proactive. autonomous. and fast-moving. with strong ownership over deadlines and outcomes

Demonstrated leadership mindset. able to manage priorities. push initiatives forward. and solve problems without waiting for approval

Work Requirements

Must be available to work US EST hours

Must be reliable. punctual. and committed to execution excellence

Comfortable working from a Pakistan office or hybrid setup

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

Experience with marketing data pipelines. attribution systems. and BI dashboards

Ability to build internal mini-apps or UIs for automation controls

Experience integrating LLMs with CRMs. ad accounts. analytics. and reporting tools

Familiarity with security best practices around automation. tokens. and data access

Prior experience managing automation engineers or cross-functional projects
