Full Description

Ideal candidate will work in our Sarasota, FL office ((Hybrid/Remote Options Available))

We create photorealistic architectural visualizations, digital twins, and immersive 3D experiences for some of the world's most ambitious developments.

As Epic Games' Official US Digital Twin Partner, we're pushing boundaries on projects spanning Saudi Arabian mega-developments to Fortune 500 hospitality brands.

Now we need someone obsessed with generative AI to join the team.

The Role

You'll craft prompts and workflows that produce stunning images and cinematic video content, working alongside our Unreal Engine artists and visualization specialists.

Your output directly shapes client deliverables for architectural marketing, experiential storytelling, and concept development.

This isn't a "set it and forget it" position.

The tools change weekly.

Open source models drop constantly.

What worked last month might be obsolete tomorrow.

You need to be in the weeds—testing, comparing, iterating—every single day.

What You'll Do:

• Build and optimize ComfyUI workflows for architectural imagery, lifestyle scenes, and cinematic sequences.

• Develop prompt strategies using Weavy and other emerging open source platforms.

• Generate AI content that integrates with our Unreal Engine pipelines.

• Experiment relentlessly with new open source models, LoRAs, and fine-tuning approaches.

• Explore emerging tools for video synthesis and 3D asset creation including Gaussian splats and NeRFs.

• Build internal workflow libraries and best practices documentation.

• Collaborate with artists to enhance traditional pipelines with AI-assisted techniques.

• Stay current—genuinely current—with the open source generative AI landscape.

Who You Are

You scroll through AI Twitter/X, Reddit, Civitai, and Hugging Face before breakfast.

You've tested models most people haven't heard of yet.

You run local deployments and understand why that matters for production work.

You think critically about output quality.

You notice when hands look wrong, when lighting doesn't match, when architectural proportions feel off.

You iterate until it's right.

You're not precious about your methods.

If a new model or workflow works better, you abandon the old one immediately.

You're comfortable in node-based environments and unafraid of technical complexity.

Requirements:

• Strong working experience with ComfyUI—building custom workflows, not just running presets.

• Familiarity with Weavy and openness to emerging open source platforms.

• Hands-on experience with Stable Diffusion, Flux, and other open source image models.

• Understanding of ControlNet, IP-Adapter, LoRAs, and fine-tuning concepts.

• Working knowledge of AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, Luma, Wan, Hunyuan, or similar).

• Familiarity with 3D generation workflows including Gaussian splatting.

• Strong visual eye—architectural or design background is a plus.

• Portfolio showing AI-generated work with clear documentation of your process and workflows.

• Ability to articulate why certain approaches work and others don't.

Bonus Points:

• Experience training or fine-tuning custom models.

• Background in photography, cinematography, or architectural visualization.

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine or real-time 3D workflows.

• Python scripting for workflow automation.

• Experience with local GPU setups and optimization.

Competitive salary based on experience.

Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), flexible PTO, and the opportunity to work on landmark international projects.
