Qualifications

• Technology Technical direction and architecture control
• Guide high-level algorithm architecture design, such as large language model (LLM), computer vision, recommendation system, etc

Responsibilities

• Formulate AI strategy and roadmap
• Lead the company's overall AI strategy and plan the mid- and long-term AI capability layout
• Coordinate the company's AI implementation path in products, operations, customer service and other links
• Lead AI team and project management
• Establish and manage machine learning, deep learning, data engineering, and MLOps teams
• Supervise the development and implementation of key AI projects to ensure consistency with business goals
• Promote AI productization and commercial value realization
• Identify business pain points and promote AI technology from research to product implementation
• Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and operations teams to realize AI capabilities
• Promote the standardization and scalability of AI platforms (such as model training platform, data processing platform)
• AI ethics and compliance management
• Establish and supervise the compliance, explainability, fairness and data privacy protection mechanism of AI systems
• Track and respond to global AI regulatory policy trends
• External cooperation and technology leadership
