Role Description
Innowi Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for building a strong and qualified sales pipeline for our Sales Account Executives.
This role focuses purely on prospecting, lead research, outreach, and qualification, enabling the sales team to close deals efficiently.
The ideal candidate understands B2B services, has strong research skills, and is comfortable working with international markets through digital channels.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate high-quality B2B leads aligned with Innowi Inc.’s services and target industries.
• Research potential clients using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, company websites, and other databases.
• Build and maintain accurate lead lists including decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, CEOs, Product Managers, etc.).
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before handing them over to the sales team.
• Execute cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other approved channels.
• Write and personalize outreach messages to increase response rates.
• Schedule meetings and demos for Sales Account Executives.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest.
• Maintain clean and updated records of leads and activities in the CRM system.
• Track lead status, responses, and conversions accurately.
• Ensure no lead duplication or data gaps.
• Work closely with the Sales Managers and Account Executives to understand ongoing campaigns and target clients.
• Share market insights, objections, and feedback from prospects.
• Support sales strategies by providing relevant data and reports.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Fresh to 1 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales support, or business development.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and outbound prospecting.
• Hands-on experience with:
• LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred)
• Email outreach tools
• CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong research, organizational, and time-management skills.
