Job Summary

We are an AI-powered media studio working with multiple regional and international clients, and we are looking for an experienced Video Director & Creative Writer to lead our creative output end-to-end.

This role combines creative leadership, hands-on execution, and storytelling excellence.

You will own creative direction, scriptwriting, campaign ideation, and video execution while mentoring an existing AI producer team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and content execution for 5+ client accounts

• Write scripts, concepts, and creative campaigns aligned with brand objectives

• Plan visual direction and content strategies for short-form and long-form video

• Direct and execute video production while maintaining high creative standards

• Mentor and elevate the performance of the AI producer team

• Stay up to date with AI tools, video trends, and content formats

• Deliver fast turnaround without compromising quality

• Ensure creative consistency across all platforms and campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in video directing, creative direction, and creative writing

• Strong English and Arabic communication skills (written & spoken)

• Demonstrated creative vision with strong storytelling ability

• Experience leading or mentoring creative teams

• Deep understanding of social media video content and platform trends

• Strong visual storytelling and cinematic sense

• Own laptop and basic production equipment

• Ability to work remotely and collaborate in real-time with the team

Nice to Have (Strong Plus)

• Experience with AI video tools or AI-generated content

• Branding, content packaging, or campaign strategy experience

• Interest in business, entertainment, trends, and digital culture

• Experience with Saudi market or Saudi dialect

• Ability to create Arabic voiceovers or subtitles

Work Details

• Location: Remote (Egypt-based)

• Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Egypt Time)

• Saturday: 4 flexible hours

• Contract: Full-time, 12 months

• Start Date: Within 1–2 weeks

Salary Range

USD 500 – 750 per month (based on experience and portfolio) - (bonus based on output quality)

Important Note

Selected candidate must attend team meetings during working hours for collaboration and creative alignment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From E£23,600.00 per month
