About the Role
We’re hiring an Account Management & Retention Specialist to own and grow long-term customer relationships across our enterprise customer base.
This is a commercial, ownership-driven role.
You will be responsible for retention and renewals across a portfolio that includes enterprise customers with six-figure ACVs.
You’ll act as the primary point of accountability for customer health and revenue, working closely with founders and internal teams to ensure customers continue to expand their footprint with Intuitive AI.
This is not an entry-level role.
We’re looking for someone who has already managed enterprise accounts, navigated complex stakeholders, and owned meaningful revenue.
What You’ll Do
Own Enterprise Accounts & Retention
• Manage a portfolio of active customer accounts, including enterprise customers with $100K+ ACV
• Serve as the primary point of contact and owner of the customer relationship post sale
• Lead renewals, retention planning, and long-term account strategy
• Proactively identify churn risk and take action well before renewal cycles
Drive Revenue Growth
• Identify and pursue opportunities for additional deployments, units, new locations, or added solutions
• Partner with leadership on pricing, proposals, and growth related conversations
Lead Ongoing Customer Engagement
• Run structured check-ins, performance reviews, and value-based conversations with customer stakeholders
• For accounts involving live events or activations, coordinate logistics and customer communication to ensure strong execution
• Navigate complex environments involving hardware, AI, facilities, sustainability, and marketing teams
Be the Voice of the Customer
• Gather structured customer feedback and translate insights into actionable input for Product and Engineering
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing business priorities and scalability
Build Scalable Account Management Systems
• Help define and improve account management playbooks, renewal workflows, and growth strategies
• Contribute to CRM hygiene, customer health metrics, renewal tracking, and communication templates
• Improve how Intuitive AI scales long-term customer relationships
Requirements
• 3–5+ years experience in Account Management, Customer Success (commercial/renewal-focused), or Retention
• Proven experience managing enterprise customers with complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
• Demonstrated ownership of a book of business that includes six-figure ACV accounts ($100K+), including renewals and growth opportunities
• Comfortable leading commercial conversations: value articulation, pricing discussions, renewals, and proposals
• Strong operational discipline: CRM hygiene, follow-through, and reliable execution across a large portfolio
• Comfortable working in environments that combine hardware, AI, and physical deployments
This is not an entry-level role.
We are looking for someone who has already owned enterprise relationships and revenue.
Nice to Have
• Experience with multi-site or multi-location enterprise deployments (airports, campuses, corporate facilities)
• Familiarity with retention and lifecycle metrics (renewal forecasting, churn risk signals, customer health scoring)
• Experience working directly with founders or early-stage leadership teams
