Qualifications

- The Senior Officer – IAM AI Security will drive identity and access management (IAM) and AI security initiatives and architecture across the firm, working within Invesco Technical Security (TISO)
- The role combines hands-on technical advisory, architecture design, program leadership, and collaboration with technology and business stakeholders to align security controls with business objectives
- This position focuses on designing and implementing IAM and AI security controls, influencing security strategy and roadmaps, and ensuring successful transition of initiatives into operational support while mentoring and developing team members
- Act as a domain expert providing thought leadership, advisory, review and approval of security technical directions, designs, configurations, baselines, and technical standards
- Support leadership with talent management including recruiting, mentoring, developing, and supporting team members to grow
- Own collaboration between Information Security and Technology teams to support IAM and AI programs and align security controls with business goals
- Anticipate and influence business, industry and regulatory issues impacting the firm; research, advocate and design new technologies, architectures, and security products for IAM and AI initiatives
- Participate in development of security strategies and roadmaps; drive IAM and AI security initiatives and ensure successful implementation and transition to operational support
- Assess effectiveness of enterprise IAM and AI security controls, report risks to security management and the risk register, and drive implementation of controls, processes, and remediation for non-compliance
- Assist security Incident Response and forensic teams in investigations as required

Key Role Overview
The Senior Officer – IAM AI Security will drive identity and access management (IAM) and AI security initiatives and architecture across the firm, working within Invesco Technical Security (TISO).
