Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Conversation AI Team Lead to join our Team.

As a Conversation AI Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge conversational AI systems that deliver exceptional user experiences.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques, and contribute to the advancement of our conversation AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

Eliciting Business Requirements: Efficiently extract customer requisites pertaining to

Conversation AI solutions, and subsequently transform these requirements into meticulous

conversation designs utilizing industry-leading CDI best practices.

Constructing Conversation Flows: Leverage diverse technologies to construct conversation AI

flows that align seamlessly with client specifications and needs.

Data Processing: Collaborate with designers, linguistics and NLP analysts to preprocess and

curate training data, ensuring high-quality and diverse datasets for model training.

Model Training and Tuning: Train, fine-tune, and optimize NLP models using large datasets to

improve language understanding, and contextual responses.

Integration and Testing: Integrate NLP models into real-time conversation systems and conduct

thorough testing to ensure robustness, accuracy, and optimal performance.

Evaluate and optimize the performance of NLP models, including accuracy, precision, recall, and

overall user experience.

Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and AI, and

proactively bring innovative ideas to the team to improve the conversational AI experience.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, processes, and

best practices, facilitating knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with

a focus on NLP, machine learning, or deep learning.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying NLP models, conversational agents, chatbots, or

similar applications.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or

Azure).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and optimize complex systems.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary

teams.

• Experience with MS Composer, Kore.AI and Cognigy platforms is a plus
