What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Design and build end-to-end GenAI-powered applications, including web-based UIs and backend orchestration

Implement and integrate LLM-based experiences using various AI frameworks and tools

Define and champion operational excellence standards for all deployed services

Develop responsive and accessible frontend interfaces with a focus on usability and performance

Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on UX patterns for AI experiences

What is Required (Qualifications) :

5–8 years of software engineering experience with full-stack development, including 2+ years in AI / ML-driven applications

Strong Python development skills and experience with cloud-based services using AWS, Docker, and RESTful APIs

Proficiency in frontend technologies like React, TypeScript, or Vue, with a focus on UI / UX for internal tools

Hands-on experience with LLM integration and RAG pipelines

Familiarity with secure coding practices and internal data governance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Exposure to design systems or AI evaluation tools

Experience with real-time application performance monitoring
