Job Description:

As the first engineering hire, you will build a sophisticated software platform from the ground up to optimize data center energy consumption.

You will own the technical stack, lead infrastructure decisions, and scale a high-performing team.

What you will do:

• Architect and build the entire technical stack from scratch, delivering production-level code and rapid MVP iterations.

• Hire and mentor a core engineering team to deliver sophisticated features for a growing pipeline of enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record (5–7 years) delivering enterprise SaaS products with a strong bias toward execution and ownership.

• Versatile full-stack expertise with the ability to navigate complex backend data processing and modern frontend visualization.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-paced startup environments and a passion for building climate-positive technology.
