The Role
As our AI HR Business Partner Intern, you won't be filing papers or doing coffee runs.
You will be at the front lines of innovation.
You will work directly with leadership to audit every manual HR touchpoint and replace it with intelligent, scalable AI workflows.
What You'll Be Doing:
System Audit & Destruction:
Analyze our current HR processes to identify inefficiencies, manual bottlenecks, and outdated "traditional" methods.
AI Integration:
Design and implement HR solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT and Google Gemini to handle everything from recruitment screening to employee engagement.
Architecting Automation:
Build sophisticated "set and forget" workflows using Zapier, , and N8N to automate tedious administrative tasks.
Rebuilding the System:
Help define the "HR Department of the Future"—one that is lean, data-driven, and powered by AI.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Present your builds and findings to company stakeholders, demonstrating the ROI of AI-driven HR.

You don't just use ChatGPT; you know how to prompt it, fine-tune it, and integrate it into your daily life.
