Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer-facing project or program management roles, ideally in enterprise software, AI/ML, or B2B SaaS
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — you’re equally confident with execs, engineers, and external partners
• Experienced in leading multi-stakeholder deployments, juggling timelines and deliverables across teams
• Highly organized, operationally-minded, and comfortable with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• This customer-facing project management role involves ensuring smooth onboarding and measurable success through effective stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers and implementation partners during deployments
• Own the full project lifecycle — kickoff, delivery, QBRs, post-launch support, and success measurement
• Create and manage project plans, risk assessments, and timelines across multiple enterprise accounts
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and customer check-ins to align goals and ensure satisfaction
• Translate customer needs into clear tasks and product requirements for engineering teams
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers, escalating when needed
• Build internal playbooks, templates, and reusable tools to standardize onboarding and drive repeatability
