Role Description

AI Agent Builder & Automation SpecialistOverview

We’re seeking a hands-on, tech-driven team member who can build, deploy, and manage AI agents for resale, create automated workflows and templates, and ensure seamless social and web integrations.

This role is essential for scaling our digital operations, maintaining platform reliability, and driving innovation across our content and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and customize AI agents using leading no-code/low-code platforms (for resale and internal use)

· Develop reusable workflow templates that align with company guidelines and compliance standards

· Implement, monitor, and optimize automated social media integrations (bots, posting, analytics)

· Oversee backend website clean-up, updates, and technical SEO (strong tag implementation, schema, etc.)

· Strengthen integrations with Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms

· Set up and maintain automated bots for all major platforms (deployment, troubleshooting, reporting)

· Conduct daily website and app functionality checks; respond rapidly to issues

· Collaborate with content, product, and tech teams to streamline digital operations

Must-Have Skills & Experience

· Proven experience building and deploying AI agents (Zapier, Make, Chatbot builders, custom scripts)

· Strong workflow/process automation skills (templates, SOPs, compliance)

· Hands-on experience with web backend (WordPress, Webflow, or similar), technical SEO, and tag management

· Deep knowledge of social media integrations and automation tools

· Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and API-based integrations

· Strong troubleshooting, QA, and documentation habits

· Ability to monitor and maintain digital platforms proactively (daily check-ins)

Nice-to-Have

· Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace platforms

· Familiarity with accessibility and multilingual web/app design

· Prior work with real estate, property tech, or community platforms

· Light front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS)

· Remote, flexible schedule; must be available for daily check-ins
