- Prior Experience with an IT Services Company selling similar solutions Mandatory
- 10–15+ years of IT / Digital / AI services sales experience
- Proven hunter mindset with success in closing net-new enterprise logos

- Solid understanding of Digital Engineering and Data platforms

- The role owns the full sales lifecycle and works closely with solution architects, AI specialists, and delivery leadership to shape differentiated, value-driven solutions

The Role
We are seeking a Sales Director – Digital & AI to drive net-new logo acquisition across the New York and broader North America market.
This is a pure hunter role, focused on opening new accounts and closing high-value deals across Digital Engineering, Data Platforms, and AI-led solutions.
The role owns the full sales lifecycle and works closely with solution architects, AI specialists, and delivery leadership to shape differentiated, value-driven solutions.
