  • Prior Experience with an IT Services Company selling similar solutions Mandatory
  • 10–15+ years of IT / Digital / AI services sales experience
  • Proven hunter mindset with success in closing net-new enterprise logos
  • Strong experience selling AI-led solutions (GenAI, ML, analytics, automation)
  • Solid understanding of Digital Engineering and Data platforms
  • Existing CXO-level relationships in the New York / Northeast market
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to articulate AI value, ROI, and business impact
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Highly self-driven, resilient, and performance-oriented
  • Experience selling into BFSI, Insurance (P&C), Healthcare, or Retail
  • Background in consulting-led or digital engineering organizations

The Role

We are seeking a Sales Director – Digital & AI to drive net-new logo acquisition across the New York and broader North America market.

This is a pure hunter role, focused on opening new accounts and closing high-value deals across Digital Engineering, Data Platforms, and AI-led solutions.

The role owns the full sales lifecycle and works closely with solution architects, AI specialists, and delivery leadership to shape differentiated, value-driven solutions.
