King Deux is partnering with a multi asset investment group in the hiring for a passionate, tech savvy CEO for it’ fast-growing B2B AI solutions company.

This venture is redefining how traditional businesses approach business development, marketing, and sales.

Using cutting-edge AI, the company helps established industries modernize customer acquisition, deepen client engagement, and drive measurable revenue growth.

Role Overview

The CEO will lead the next phase of growth and innovation, owning the overall strategy, commercial performance, and culture of the organization.

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy commercial leader with a strong B2B sales and operations background and experience in multinational environments, who can bridge traditional industries with next-generation AI-driven solutions.

About your role

• Define and execute the company’s vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans for B2B AI solutions.

• Lead revenue growth across business development, marketing, and sales, with clear KPIs and performance metrics.

• Build, manage, and inspire high-performing commercial and cross-functional teams.

• Drive product–market fit by working closely with clients, product, and technology teams to shape scalable AI offerings.

• Expand the company’s footprint with enterprise and mid-market clients across multiple geographies.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

• Report regularly to the Chairman and Board on strategy, performance, risks, and opportunities.

• Champion a data-driven, innovative, and agile culture.

What you will need to succeed

• 7 + years of experience in B2B sales / commercial leadership, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, MarTech, SalesTech, or AI-driven solutions.

• Proven track record of building and scaling revenue in multinational or regional roles.

• Strong understanding of how traditional businesses run BD, marketing, and sales, and how technology can transform these functions.

• Tech savvy and highly comfortable with AI, data, and digital tools; able to translate complex solutions into clear business outcomes.

• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with experience in high-growth or scale-up environments.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at C-suite and board level.

• International exposure and cultural fluency; additional languages a plus
