Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities: Automation & LLM Workflows Build and maintain legal‐specific agents and process flows in n8n , LibreChat , and/or Glean AI
• Develop robust prompt chains and tool integrations to automate intake, review, routing, and reporting
• Contract AI Enablement Configure and implement AI playbooks and prompts within Ironclad Jurist for contract review, markup, and risk flagging
• Collaborate with Legal Ops and counsel to align AI policies with clause libraries, fallback rules, and approval paths
• Knowledge Base Architecture Design, curate, and maintain knowledge bases (sources, schemas, retrieval strategy) for AI agents and legal bots , ensuring high‐quality, up‐to‐date content
• Establish governance for source of truth, change control, and auditability
• Quality, Compliance, & Operations Define evaluation metrics (precision/recall, latency, user satisfaction) and run A/B tests for prompts and workflows
• Partner with InfoSec/Privacy to uphold confidentiality, access controls, and PII handling in all automations
