Corporate AI Tools Trainer (Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract)

Our client is a fast-growing corporate training provider specializing in practical, business-focused AI adoption.

Their mission is to equip organizations with the skills and tools needed to automate workflows, enhance productivity, and drive digital transformation.

They deliver hands-on training across a wide range of AI platforms, including general-purpose AI assistants, workflow automation tools, knowledge platforms, AI video generation tools, and China-market LLMs.

To support rapid business expansion, we are inviting passionate Corporate AI Tools Trainers to join our professional training team.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop corporate training course outlines and learning objectives

• Create high-quality instructional materials including slides, exercises, demo workflows, case studies, and practice files

• Deliver engaging, structured, and practical training sessions to corporate users

• Demonstrate real-world business use cases to showcase productivity improvement

• Adjust teaching approach and pace to suit different learning levels

• Conduct pre-training briefings and post-training follow-ups as needed

• Continuously review and enhance course content based on participant feedback

Requirements

Candidates should be familiar with one or more of the following categories or other emerging AI tools:

• General AI Assistants: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Workspace AI

• Process Automation Tools: Zapier AI, Make.com

• AI Video Creation Tools: Synthesia, HeyGen

• Meeting Transcription & Summarization Tools: Fireflies.ai, Otter.ai

• AI Design & Image Generation: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly

• AI-Enhanced Data Analytics: Power BI (AI), Tableau (AI)

Additional Requirements:

• Strong understanding of how AI can improve workflow efficiency, productivity, and manpower optimization in commercial or manufacturing settings

• Excellent presentation, training delivery, and interpersonal skills

• Strong classroom management and ability to engage diverse corporate audiences

• Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory

• Prior corporate training or teaching experience is an advantage

• Passion for AI, digital transformation, and workplace innovation

Remuneration

Compensation is based on the number of participants and duration of each course .

Additional allowances may be provided for development of specialized or customized training content.
