Responsibilities
- This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our enterprise-wide data and AI strategy, structuring transformation efforts, and accelerating impact through high-value initiatives and product delivery
- As part of the central transformation office, you will help define and maintain the structure of our transformation programs, including change management, business case development, and OKR alignment
- You will serve as a critical interface between business units and technology, ensuring our data and AI efforts are aligned, measurable, and impactful
- Strategy & Structure
- Partner with senior leaders to refine and evolve the data and AI strategy across the firm
- Coach members of the Chief Data, AI, and Analytics Office to strengthen strategic execution and leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior stakeholders across the organization
- Guide strategic thinking and problem solving for strategy project teams
- Develop and deliver executive-level strategy narratives, deliverables, and analyses that articulate the value, impact, and direction of AI and data priorities
- Program Governance
- Establish and maintain reporting cadences, OKRs, and board-level documentation for transformation initiatives
- Business Case Development
- Lead the creation of business cases for new data and AI products and capabilities
- Cross-functional Engagement
- Collaborate across business units and technology teams to drive alignment and execution
- Change Management
- Identify and support change management needs tied to transformation efforts
- Initiative Acceleration
- Proactively identify opportunities to accelerate impact and remove barriers to execution

About The Role
We are seeking a strategic and driven Vice President II to join the Enterprise Dataand AI Transformation Office. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our enterprise-wide data and AI strategy, structuring transformation efforts, and accelerating impact through high-value initiatives and product delivery.
