Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance requirements to support our growing organization
- BA/BS degree, or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Payroll Processing experience (not just managing)
- Must have multistate experience, Inpat/Expat processing experience, and Canada processing
- ADP GlobalView Required
- SAP/HR system
- Prior experience in HR environment
- Working knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) as well as all Federal, State & Local tax laws
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications (vLookup, pivot tables, mail/email merges, presentations)
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Highly motivated & energetic
- High degree of accuracy & attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with high volume workload
- Ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines
- Ability to train others

What You'll Do
