Base Pay

CA$69,000 – CA$111,000 per year, determined by qualifications and experience.

Your Role

• Conduct second‑round interviews to assess candidates' technical depth and suitability for open positions.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to rapidly understand business needs.

• Play a vital role within the recruitment team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as an engineer on large‑scale projects.

• Prior experience hiring other engineers for your team.

• Having worked in a high‑growth, dynamic company.

Job is 100% remote; candidates must be based in the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.

S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.

Location

Fully remote.
