Responsibilities

  • As the primary point of contact for 4–6 enterprise implementations, you will act as a trusted advisor and individual contributor with cross-functional leadership – orchestrating teams of solution architects and engineers to deliver transformational results
  • You’ll balance strategic planning, hands-on project delivery, and ongoing relationship management across US, UK, and European time zones (with on-site client visits as needed)
  • Strategic Partnership & Value Realization: Own customer success outcomes (retention, expansion, and time-to-value) for your portfolio of enterprise clients
  • Develop and execute comprehensive success plans aligned to each client’s business objectives and KPIs
  • Lead regular business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate measurable ROI and identify new opportunities for expansion
  • Serve as a strategic partner to C-level stakeholders, continuously evolving their AI roadmap based on emerging capabilities and business needs
  • Implementation Excellence & Risk Management: Oversee end-to-end AI project delivery – from initial proof-of-concept to full production deployment – ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
  • Meticulously project manage deliverables, timelines, and resources for each implementation
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical or organizational risks that could impact success
  • Facilitate collaborative design-thinking workshops with solution architects to map user journeys and optimize workflows for AI integration
  • Maintain clear communication and manage expectations with client teams throughout complex deployments, quickly addressing issues or blockers while sustaining client trust
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead and coordinate integrated project teams that include Lyzr’s Solution Architects, Applied AI Engineers, and key client stakeholders
  • Act as the liaison between business and technology – translating business requirements into technical specifications (and vice versa) to ensure the solution meets real-world needs
  • Continuously remove obstacles and escalate technical issues to engineering leadership when needed, all while keeping projects on track
  • Partner with Sales on identifying expansion or upsell opportunities, including supporting contract renewals and negotiations when additional solutions or services can add value
  • Able to credibly translate complex technical concepts into business implications for executive audiences, and vice versa

We are seeking a Customer Success & Delivery Manager to drive measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients implementing Lyzr’s AI agent solutions.

This role is a hybrid of Customer Success, Project Management, and Strategic Consulting, ensuring clients achieve significant ROI from their AI investments while building long-term partnerships.
