We work with clients across the globe and help them streamline their digital tasks with modern tools and efficient workflows.

We are looking for a motivated Data Entry and AI Operations Associate.

This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with zero experience.

Full training will be provided before you begin handling live tasks.

Position Overview

The Data Entry and AI Operations Associate will support our content and automation teams.

Your work will involve simple data entry tasks, AI content generation, image-based tasks, and posting content on websites.

Training will cover all tools, instructions, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

AI and Automation Tasks

• Use AI tools to generate simple written content and basic visual assets.

• Create images from existing images using guided AI tools.

• Assist in basic automation tasks after training.

Website and Content Operations

• Add internal links to website content according to SEO guidelines.

• Upload articles, images, and pages to websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress.

• Format and review content to ensure accuracy and proper layout.

Data Entry Tasks

• Enter and update data in spreadsheets, documents, and internal systems.

• Label images, organize files, and maintain digital records.

• Follow step-by-step checklists to complete tasks accurately.

Training Provided

• Complete training on AI tools and workflows.

• Guidance on content posting and CMS usage.

• Ongoing support from the content and automation teams.

Preferred Qualifications

(These are optional.

Freshers can apply.)

• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) is a plus but not required.

• Basic understanding of website content structure or CMS systems is an advantage.Skills Required

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
