Full Description

We are seeking a Senior AI Pre-Sales Leader to build, position, and scale our AI business.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, business, and sales, and is critical to transforming AI capabilities into real, monetizable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is someone who can identify high-impact AI use cases, translate business problems into AI-driven solutions, and work closely withsales, partners, and customers to grow AI revenue and pipeline.

This role requires deep hands-on understanding of AI technologies, combined with strong consultative and storytelling skills.

Key Responsibilities1.

AI Use Case Discovery & Value Engineering• Work closely with customers to understand business challenges and operational pain points• Identify, define, and prioritize AI use cases across industries such as:o Government & Smart Citieso Cybersecurityo Oil & Gas & Utilitieso Banking & Financial Serviceso Healthcareo Transportation & Logistics• Articulate business value, ROI, efficiency gains, and risk reduction through AI adoption• Develop AI roadmaps and transformation journeys for customers2.

AI Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales Leadership• Design end-to-end AI solutions aligned to customer requirements, covering:o Data ingestion and preparationo Model training and inferenceo Deployment (on-prem, edge, hybrid, sovereign cloud)o Security, governance, and lifecycle management• Lead technical pre-sales engagements, including:o Solution workshopso Architecture design sessionso RFP / proposal responseso Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and demos• Act as the primary AI technical authority during customer interactions3. AI Technology ExpertiseHands-on and conceptual expertise across:• Machine Learning & Deep Learningo Supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learningo Model training, evaluation, tuning, and deployment• Large Language Models (LLMs)o Open-source and commercial LLMso Prompt engineeringo Fine-tuning vs. foundation models• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)o Vector databaseso Embeddingso Knowledge grounding and enterprise data integration• Computer Vision / Vision AIo Image and video analyticso Object detection, facial recognition, anomaly detection• Edge AIo Low-latency inferenceo AI at the edge for IoT, cameras, sensors• AI Platforms & MLOpso Model lifecycle managemento Monitoring, drift detection, retrainingo CI/CD for AI4.

Go-To-Market & AI Business Growth• Work closely with sales leadership to build and grow AI pipeline• Support opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and deal closures• Define AI offerings, reference architectures, and solution bundles• Build industry-specific AI propositions and accelerators• Support pricing strategies and commercial models for AI solutions5.

Partner & Ecosystem Engagement• Work with AI technology partners, hyperscalers, ISVs, and OEMs• Align partner solutions into customer architectures• Support joint GTM activities, demos, and PoCs• Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and market trends6. Thought Leadership & Internal Enablement• Act as an internal AI evangelist• Enable sales teams through:o Training sessionso AI playbookso Use-case catalogs• Contribute to whitepapers, presentations, and executive briefings• Mentor junior pre-sales and solution architectsSuccess Metrics• Growth of AI opportunity pipeline• Win rate of AI-related deals• Quality and relevance of AI use cases delivered• Customer satisfaction and repeat engagements• Strategic positioning of AI within key accountsRequired Skills & Experience• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or related field• 12–18+ years of overall experience, with significant exposure to AI / data platforms• Proven experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting• Strong understanding of:o Machine Learning & Deep Learningo LLMs and Generative AIo RAG architectureso Edge AI and Vision AI• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business language• Experience engaging with CXOs, senior government officials, and enterprise decision-makers• Experience in sovereign / on-prem AI deployments• Exposure to regulated environments (government, defense, BFSI)• Knowledge of AI frameworks and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, vector DBs)• Experience working with GPU platforms and AI infrastructure• Prior experience building AI CoEs or AI practices• Strong consultative mindset• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills• Strategic thinker with execution focus• High ownership and accountability• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-evolving AI landscapesDesired Candidate Profile.
